Elizabeth thanks Nikolas for bringing the children back home. Lucky learns from his father that Carly is one of the suspects on the hit and run list. Carly tells Jason that she doesn't know if she hit Jake or not. Elizabeth tells Nikolas that her brother will be moving in for a while to help her. Lucky thinks that Carly is the one who killed Jake but Luke thinks that he shouldn't jump to conclusions. Lulu also tries to defend Carly. Carly tells Jason that Luke is also a suspect and she blames herself for Jake's death. Mac and Dante discuss the case. Carly receives a call from Dante and learns that it was not her car that killed Jake. Luke runs into Michael when he shows up at Josslyn's room to see Carly. When Lucky shows up at the police station, Dante tells him they know who's car is responsible and he gives him the file on the hit and run. Nikolas and Lulu talk on the Haunted Star. Jason goes to see Elizabeth. When Carly shows up at the hospital she informs Michael and Luke that it was not her car that hit Jake and the police now who's car did. After reading the file, Lucky tells Dante he will handle things from now on. Michael goes to see Abby and tells her that his mother is in the clear and they end up sharing a kiss. Jason and Elizabeth remember their son as Dante Dante calls him and tells him he needs to come to the police station. Lucky shows up at the Haunted Star and Luke learns that it was his car that hit and killed Jake. Things continue to heat up between Michael and Abby. Carly receives a message from Franco. Jason learns that Luke killed his son. Lulu shows up to see Elizabeth. Luke can't believe that he killed Jake. Lucky asks his father if he was drinking.
