‘Golden Time’ Ending Song Gets Yui Horie Music Video

While  Golden Time  came to a close this past week, the official international Starchild YouTube page has given fans a little more to love with it. The ending song, sung by Yui Horie, has gotten its full three minute video added to the service so fans can savor just a little more with it. Considering the upbeat nature and the absolute fun of the animated sequence, it’s a bit different getting into this more relaxed live version of it, but it’s such a catchy song that it’s easy to simply get into it and enjoy it, especially with the costuming. Sentai Filmworks Licenses ‘Golden Time’ Anime TV Series

Experience the law of clause and effect in   Sentai Filmworks’  newest acquisition:  Golden Time.   This 24 episode series revolving around the lives of some decidedly unusual law students is based on the light novel by Yuyuko Takemiya (Toradora!) and features direction by Chiaki Kon (La storia della Arcana Famiglia, When They Cry – Higurashi) with character designs by Shinya Hasegawa (Kill Me Baby, Revolutionary Girl Utena), series composition by Fumihiko Shimo (Kokoro Connect, Clannad) and sound direction by Jin Aketagawa (Bodacious Space Pirates, Upotte!). Crunchyroll Adds ‘Golden Time’ For Fall 2013 Anime Lineup

Crunchyroll has added another fall anime series to their lineup for the season with the announcement of the supernatural romance series  Golden Time . The series is based on the light novel series by Yuyuko Takemiya and Eji Komatsu, and animated by J.C. Staff. The series is set for Thursday’s starting on October 3 at 3:30 pm ET for premium members while free users will be able to view this series a week later. King Records Sets Japanese ‘Golden Time’ Anime DVD/BD Release, Official Site Adds New Key Visual

Golden Time  is set to premiere in just a couple of short weeks and now thing are getting a bit clearer as the home video release from King Records has confirmed that the series will be a twenty-four episode on. The company will be releasing the series on eight DVD and Blu-ray releases starting on December 25th, as the first half of the series winds down, with the Blu-ray release getting limited edition versions for 8190 yen each while the regular editions will run 6300 yen each. The DVD release will only be getting limited edition releases priced at 7140 yen each. ‘Golden Time’ Fall Anime Gets New Commercial

One of the series I’m certainly curious about is the latest one from JC Staff that’s set for an October 11th release , Golden Time.  The series comes from a recent light novel property that also obviously has a manga adaptation that started with the light novels that began in 2010 written by Yuyuko Takemiya with illustrations b Eji Komatsu. The series has run for eight volumes so far and is still going on. The anime adaptation has a pretty interesting pedigree to it with Chiaki Kon directing it based off of scripts by Fumihiko Shimo. Shinya Hasegawa is on board to handle the character designs and the series is scheduled for an October premiere.
