Time to find out who was crowned the winner of "Hell's Kitchen" Season 11, who will receive the head chef position at Gordan Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The final 2 was made up of Mary Poehnelt and Ja'Nel Witt, after Jon Scallion was cut in the first few minutes of the finale. After the final dinner service, which featured four appetizers, four entrees and two desserts from each team, Ramsay declared Ja'Nel Witt the winner. Witt won the final challenge before the final kitchen service, earning the points for her cold appetizer, fish entree and beef entree, compared to Mary's hot appetizer and chicken entree wins.
