When the new girl, Sarah Witney arrives at Horseland, Chloe and Zoey are eager to meet a fellow wealthy girl. However, Sarah just wants to make friends with the nice people (and horses) of Horseland, and so does her horse, Scarlet. The rest of the gang ju
