Mark Van Der Zalm and Carina Coleman have been living at Coleman's parents' house while they saved money to buy a house of their own. After a few years of saving, they began a search of on their own. At one advertising call, they met realtor Bonnie Fernandez, who showed them one of her listings. Though the home wasn't a perfect fit, the realtor was. Now all they have to do is find the ideal home.
