Single mother and college student Samaria has been renting a flat on Detroit’s West Side for several years and is tiring of the cramped quarters. Determined to find a home in a family friendly neighborhood on the east side of Detroit to raise her daughter, Samaria enlists the help of real estate agent Tamara Smith to find a larger home that has a nice sized dining room and separate study area.
