Furniture store owner Steve Rhodes is a single dad in Miami Beach. He currently lives in a 2,000-square-foot house that his two-year-old son, Hannan, lives in for half the week. They spend a lot of time outside on their dock enjoying the benefits of this oceanfront home, but as Hannan gets older, Steve realizes that this two-bedroom home won't be sufficient for the two of them much longer. He is looking for a home with at least an extra bedroom and bathroom and wants it to be on an oceanfront lot in South Beach. Realtor Daniel Bajaroff thinks she is up to the challenge.
