The 'It's Always Sunny' Gang Talks Babies, Balls on Fire and Tom Sizemore (VIDEO)

Now that we've all been entertained by the screenwriting talents of Charlie and Mac, witnessed Dennis and Dee explore the worst parts of dating with the D.E.N.N.I.S. System and seen Frank's naked body, what's next for the 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' gang? Two words: Tom Sizemore. I caught up with Glenn Howerton, Danny DeVito, Kaitlin Olson and Rob McElhenney to find out about the new season (premieres Thurs., Sept. 16, 10PM ET on FX) and got an earful about Hollywood bad boy Sizemore and his awesomely twisted turn on the show. We also talked babies (Olson and McElhenney are expecting their first child, a girl, any day now) and, of course, the best ways to get them tanned and camera-ready (see "The Gang Finds a Dumpster Baby" if you don't get the joke). Then we touched on what's got DeVito's balls on fire, how many more seasons the show will go and why we do or don't -- there are conflicting opinions on this -- want to see a 50-year-old Sweet Dee. 'It's Always Sunny' season 6 promos: Halloween episode to reveal Sweet Dee's pregnancy

Some shows are afraid to tell you too much about their new seasons, but not It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the Best Comedy Series nominee in EW's third annual EWwy Awards for the Emmy snubbed that returns to FX Sept. 16. The behind-the-scenes clips below confirm that in season 6, the Paddy's Pub gang will tackle gay marriage, class issues, Dennis love life, a fishing vessel (fingers crossed Charlie and Frank watch Deadliest Catch), more pyrotechnics (two words: meat bomb), and Sweet Dee's pregnancy - which will be revealed in a Halloween flashback episode that has the guys asking whodunit (who knocked Dee up, that is). That episode also produces the return of the fan-favorite McPoyles (Mac gets with the sister?!). To Read More Click Here .

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: How Will The Gang Handle a Pregnancy?

Paddy's Pub isn't the best place to turn for child care: The guys of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia once purposefully started serving underage kids to get more business, and adopted a Dumpster baby to exploit as a TV star. But now that star Kaitlin Olson is pregnant in real life, get ready to see Sweet Dee with child this season. "Ultimately we realized we were never going to be able to hide it, realistically," co-creator, executive producer, star and baby daddy Rob McElhenney tells us. "So we knew we had to embrace it and put it into the show." Although the writers could have felt limited by the development, co-creator, executive producer and star Glenn Howerton says the pregnancy provided new opportunities for Season 6, premiering Thursday, Sept. 16 at 10/9c on FX.
