'Access Hollywood Live' Looks at the Final 'Lopez Tonight' (VIDEO)

Thursday night marked the end of the line for George Lopez on 'Lopez Tonight,' and Friday, 'Access Hollywood Live' (weekdays, syndicated on NBC) devoted a considerable amount of time to clips from the show. The main guest on the final 'Lopez Tonight' was Eva Longoria, and she and Lopez had a loose and open conversation about the end of the show. After the clips, Brian Williams gave his opinion on who might replace Lopez in the late night slot. Lopez asked Longoria about her "wardrobe malfunction" on Letterman in April, when a button popped loose on an already revealing top. Nothing improper actually got shown, but Longoria said it was the most downloaded video of the month. "Maybe if I did that here, we would still be on," said Longoria. Lopez suggested in might not be too late. Longoria also noted that when the show started, she and Lopez were both employed and married, and now they are both divorced and jobless. //

"We're gonna take 'Lopez Tonight' and I'm gonna go play in Turkey."And so it began. Or ended. Not surprising considering that the announcement came a little more than 24 hours earlier on Wednesday (Aug. 10). After bantering with "Creepy Little White Girl," a recurring character, about the cancellation and driving home the point... //

Way back on March 22, during the first week of the current season of 'Dancing with the Stars,' George Lopez took to the stage on 'Lopez Tonight' (Weeknights, 12AM ET on TBS) and implied that Ralph Macchio was wearing a toupée. Macchio went back on the show to defend himself, because apparently the story had gotten a little out of control. "It was like 'The National Enquirer' calling, 'People' Magazine. Is he wearing a toup'? Is he wearing a toup?'" Macchio lamented. "No, it's real." He even allowed Lopez to give it a good tug and prove that it was real hair. //

Should Heidi Montag Go On Dancing With the Stars? George Lopez Thinks So

We just talked about how Dancing With the Stars can be great for image rehab which is one reason so many people want Lindsay Lohan to do it (we all know how she feels about rehab, though). What about Heidi Montag? She's a former star of The Hills, like Audrina Patridge, and things worked out pretty well for Audrina on Season 11. However, Heidi has always come off more as the "controversial" type la Kate Gosselin and Bristol Palin and thats even before her plastic surgery issues. DWTS Season... //

Somebody tell Kenneth Branagh he needs to go back for re-shoots on 'Thor.' With Chris Hemsworth as his guest, George Lopez decided to challenge his hammer prowess on 'Lopez Tonight' (Weeknights, 12AM ET on TBS). "I want to challenge Thor, the God of Thunder to see if he can beat me at a game of Whac-a-Mole," Lopez said. Complete with viking hats for "safety," as Hemsworth indicated, it was a brutal challenge. Sure, Hemsworth and Lopez spent as much time hitting one another with their mallets as they did the moles in the game, but in the end there could be only one. //

Kaley Cuoco Didn't Tell Her Parents About Her Nude Photo in 'Allure' (VIDEO)

'Allure' continued their annual tradition of celebrity nudes tastefully done, with Kaley Cuoco of 'The Big Bang Theory' appearing in this year's issue. She talked about the shoot on 'Lopez Tonight' (Weeknights, 12AM ET on TBS) and seemed quite confident and comfortable in her decision to do it. Unfortunately, that confidence didn't come on early enough or strongly enough for her to tell her parents about it before the issue hit stands. Actually, she did tell them she was doing a photo shoot for 'Allure' magazine, she just neglected the nude part. That way they'd be sure to pick up a copy and flip through it looking to find her and then find way more than a parent probably ever wants to see of their grown child. //

Meat Loaf Reveals a New Song With His 'Celebrity Apprentice' Team on 'Lopez' (VIDEO)

You never know where a musical collaboration might be born. Most people probably wouldn't guess that it would find its genesis on a show with Donald Trump. But that's exactly what's happened on this season's 'Celebrity Apprentice.' On 'Lopez Tonight' (Weeknights, 12AM ET on TBS), Meat Loaf offered a sneak preview of the track. It's a collaboration between him, his two fellow finalists on the men's side, Lil Jon and John Rich, and the already eliminated Mark McGrath. This is what happens when you get a bunch of musicians and force them to hang out together. What's fun about it is the diverse musical backgrounds and fields they're brining into this joint number, which Meat Loaf revealed is called 'Standing in the Storm.' "it's kind of a rock/country/hip-hop thing," Meat Loaf said. "It's very interesting." //

George Lopez Agrees to Retire All of His Larry King Jokes (VIDEO)

When Larry King visited 'Lopez Tonight' (weeknights, 12AM ET on TBS), George Lopez showed him some old zingers used in monologues at the retired broadcaster's expense. "Larry King has conducted over 50,000 interviews. The question he has asked the most: Will you marry me?" Lopez teased. "Larry King has announced he's going on a nationwide standup tour. He's not going to tell jokes -- he wants to prove to the people he can still stand up ." But after running the footage, the host told King, "I am officially retiring all Larry King jokes from 'Lopez Tonight' right now." //
