Ellie and Davey went on an exhaustive house search before stumbling upon a 1950s home with a view too good to pass up, but the dated, cramped layout makes gatherings a bit of a challenge and Ellie is tired of being a constant maintenance worker for their house. Designer Jillian hopes to keep them right where they are by updating their lackluster design and real estate agent Todd thinks he can move them downtown by finding the perfect entertainment space.
