Gary introduced the task as a 'Mystery Invention Box' Challenge and welcomed David Chang, chef and owner of Momofuku restaurants, as special guest judge. The theme was Korean, with the contestants provided with a host of unfamiliar ingredients. Despite the Challenge pushing the hopefuls to their limits, some fabulous dishes were produced, with Peter, Dani and Hayden judged as the top three. Hayden took the overall win, giving him Immunity from the week's Team Challenge and the opportunity to win another Immunity Pin in the next Celebrity Chef Challenge. Michael, Danielle and Adam were placed in the bottom three and would face an elimination cook-off with Ellie, who couldn't compete in the Korean Challenge due to sickness.
