Gary began the week’s MasterClass with a taste of home – his mum’s Lamb Stew with Dumplings, before Matt Moran jumped into action by making a palate cleansing Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta with Cherry Soup followed by a wonderfully fresh Asian Style Tasting Plate. Gary concluded the MasterClass by making a Potato Gnocchi, drawing the third week of MasterChef action to a close.
