Saint Seiya Omega Episode 57 - Fat-Free Review!

Hey! I remember that shield guy! ...Are we supposed to see him as a good guy suddenly? So a Level 3 Pallasite can beat a high-ranking Silver Saint? Ugh! The artwork on the creepy little hammer-wielding Pallasite is just annoyingly cliche. Show some originality! Piano... in the middle of a field... Alright... The little creepy guy is begging Eden to crush his face in! The joker-looking guy is strong, but he only appears to be here because... Actually, why the hell is he here? To show off how strong he is one time and then just watch? READ MORE...

Saint Seiya Omega Episode 55 - Fat-Free Review!

You know, I don't see why Ryuuho's father couldn't have just told him about the new enemy he sensed was coming. Seems like it might have made Ryuuho work a bit harder. Actually, Ryuuho's doubts are very understandable. He simply doesn't like fighting. The only reason he did was to aid and protect his family and loved ones. Still, Shiryu is pretty good at getting his point across, saying Ryuuho will lose his connections to his friends if he leaves behind his Cloth (mostly because it's hard to keep in contact with friends while they're out fighting to save the world). Saint Seiya Omega Episode 54 - Fat-Free Review!

I like the banter between Kouga and Souma, as Kouga is quick to tease him about becoming too soft in times of peace. However, their joking is not aided at all by Subaru, who seems to spend the entire episode whining. Oh! They remembered that Yuna can read the stars! I had forgotten about that, and I honestly think they had too until just now. Raki is much less annoying in this episode. Thank goodness. Wait. So Kiki can simply repair a Cloth to its next version? Seems like a cheat. Kouga talks about how much belief Yuna has in the same episode we see that she's lost a good deal of it. I guess they have to reinforce her beliefs to make a stronger statement. Saint Seiya Omega Episode 53 - Fat-Free Review!

What's that big thing Kouga is lugging around? Wait, WHAT?! What kind of inconvenient Cloth is that?! Subaru is beginning to feel way too one-note as a character. I hope they expand on why he wants to be so strong soon, or he might not be that fun of a character after all... I really liked the scene where Kouga saved Subaru from falling over the boat. I don't know why, but if really shows off all the best aspects of his character. READ MORE...

Saint Seiya Omega Episode 52 - Fat-Free Review!

Athena, would it kill you to find someone else to do your dirty work than Seiya? Seems like he needs a rest. What's Shaina up to these days? Yeah, no one was suckered into thinking Seiya would kill that little girl. Pallasites? Really? Pallasites? Wait, if the cloth is that damaged, why not go see Kiki? I mean the audience knows it doesn't work like that, but I doubt Kouga does. I can appreciate that Kouga is still feeling a little down after his last fight, but what annoys me is that Kouga has to go through the "I'm no longer afraid of the dark" thing again! He just did that last episode! READ MORE...

Saint Seiya Omega Episode 51 [Season Finale!] - Fat-Free Review!

Okay, first things first. Abzu isn't some random enemy to trifle with. He means business and you do NOT piss him off! Wow. Even with the God of Destruction forcing his powers upon him, Kouga refuses to give in to the darkness! Finally! They try to make Athena's relationship with Kouga a bit more meaningful. A little late, but oh well. In this dark world, they really have some really weird, but cool, settings. It adds to the surreal atmosphere. READ MORE...

Saint Seiya Omega Episode 50 - Fat-Free Review!

Wait. Athena could communicate telepathically with people all this time? Well, maybe the staff particles (or whatever) woke her up, as we see them touching her as it disintegrates. Yuna: "Kouga! My heart as a Saint will reach you!" Well, it'll take a bit more than that. I have to hand it to Yuna, though. All she needs is a bit of hope to try and fight someone leagues above her in terms of power. Yuna's cute, yet pathetic "Kouga~~~~!" made me laugh a bit. I'm sorry, Yuna! The moment when Abzu is about to kill Athena and they play the sad music should be more heartbreaking than it is, but honestly, we have one episode of them ever interacting with one another in 50 entire episodes. You're just milking it now... READ MORE...

Saint Seiya Omega Episode 49 - Fat-Free Review!

As much as I want to questions where Eden's powers were when they were fighting Amor (as Abzu beat him with one punch, and Eden was wailing on Abzu), this fight is just too awesome. Eden proves to be just as powerful and badass when they first match up, but once Abzu gets serious, there's no defeating him. Ah! Eden gets marked with corruption (and later, the others do as well)! Does this mean that it will go away when Abzu is defeated, or is it permanent? READ MORE...

Saint Seiya Omega Episode 48 - Fat-Free Review!

It's funny how Kouga's like "No, I'm fine" after Mars' power is put into of him, and then he proceeds to completely rock Amor. Medea betrays Amor, but I think we all saw that coming. Yuna says she never knew that being helpless was so painful. She must have forgotten about Palestra... and Eden taking Aria back... and utterly losing to Amor... and her entire back-story! So... four Gold Saints can just teleport people anywhere? That's fine, but shouldn't Genbu be concentrating on keeping the temples from crumbling? READ MORE...

Saint Seiya Omega Episode 47 - Fat-Free Review!

I'm a little sad that Kouga just tried to "Ryu Sei Ken" the PILLAR OF COSMOS... Medea uses people like she uses the stock market. She finds an angry person, invests her Darkness cosmos inside of them, and hopes for profit. A better analogy I do not have. Lewd alternative joke: Medea likes to stick things in Mars' body... and her brother's! What's with the look Medea gives Eden when he calls to her before she leaves? How is Amor suddenly weaker after obtaining Mars' power? He can't even touch these guys when he was dominating them a couple of episodes ago! READ MORE...
