While preparing a healthy veggie omelette breakfast for her kids, Bal Arneson comes up with a creative way to breathe new life into some tired greens and wilted herbs. During breakfast, Bal's daughter, Anoop, reminds her that maybe now is the time to finally start that vegetable and herb garden she always talks about. Bal agrees and puts a plan in motion. All it takes is one garden expert, a lamb chop lunch, a landscaping crew and Bal at the helm of a backhoe to get it done.
