While attending the Wizards and Warlock Convention, the kids find everyone has been trapped by the Tower Wizard. It is then up to Scrappy to win this life sized game of "Wizards and Warlocks" and set the conventioneers free. / When the Phantom of the Soaps kidnaps Victoria Sensible, star of "Genuine Hospital", Daphne and the guys come down to the set to get the inside story, and "Scoobsie" ends up becoming the next lady star on the show.
