While searching for Zuzu, Yuya, Gong, and Sylvio come across some refugees, who tell them that the Resistance has all but been wiped out. When some students from Duel Academy attack, Yuya and the others face against them, recalling everything they went through in City. After being defeated by Yuya's Entertainment Dueling, the Duel Academy students attempt to flee, only to be defeated by a member of the Resistance: Kite Tenjo.
