Hochu Otsuka (Otsuka Hochu) (May 19, 1954) is a Japanese male seiyÅ« from Okayama Prefecture, affiliated with the talent management firm Crazy Box. His real name and former actor name are Yoshitada Å?tsuka (Otsuka Yoshitada).
