Kenji Utsumi

Kenji Utsumi (August 26, 1937 - ) is a Japanese actor, affiliated with the self-founded Ken Production. He is married to fellow seiyu Michiko Nomura. He is best known for his roles in Fist of the North Star (as Raoh), Fist of the North Star 2 (as Kaioh), Dr. Slump and Arale-chan (as Senbei Norimaki), the Dragon Ball series (as Shinryu, Recoome and the Tenkaichi Budokai announcer) and Sally, the Witch (as Sally's Papa). He's also the official dub-over artist for Steve McQueen, Sammy Davis, Jr., Victor Mature, and Robert Shaw, all of which are dead.
