Andrew Eriksen (Monty Lapica) is a 17-year old teenager living in Las Vegas. After the death of his father, he begins to exhibit self-destructive behavior. His grades fall, he's arrested, he begins drinking and experimenting with drugs, and finally he drops out of school. His mother (Diane Venora) decides to have him forcibly kidnapped and taken to a locked-down psychiatric facility, where he is subjected to both physical and mental abuse. After several escape attempts, Andrew realizes he needs to get back on track, but that the program he's been placed in is not the way. Andrew's despair ends with faith and redemption.

The film will be theatrically released by THINKFilm on August 31, 2007 in 15 markets, including New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Boston, San Diego, Chicago, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, Seattle, Indianapolis, Phoenix, Austin, and Las Vegas.
