Director Stephen Kessler follows one of his childhood heroes, Paul Williams, as the '70s celebrity tours the Philippines, playing his familiar hits and helping others who have successfully overcome their addictions. Highlights include the director and performer bonding over squid, a wealth of archival footage, and a touching scene involving Williams watching his down drug-addled performance as the guest host of a talk show in the '70s.
