This edition of Human Target opens with some intense fighting action, which has always been one of the show's strongest points. Luckily for us, the show runners realized this and figured, "Hey, why not make a whole episode around fighting?". The result is a clever show with plenty of ass kicking, great plot, and a strictly platonic love fest between our two main characters.
Chi McBride and Mark Valley have some great banter in the opening minutes. They do a superb job making the interactions between their respective characters work, and this is important since the theme of the story really depends on the relationship between these two. The title of the episode is "Corner Man", after all, and it's clear that Winston is Chance's go to guy for pretty much everything.
