Big Brother 12 Episode Recap: Power of Veto Competition/Ceremony 1

In this episode of Big Brother, the games finally begin. Deals are being made, lies are being spread and the paranoia is more rampant than ever. After nominating Brendon and Rachel for eviction, head of household Hayden and his "Brigade" alliance members instantly begin brainstorming their next move should one of the nominees win power of veto (POV). But Hayden quickly learns there's at least one person in the house he can't trust with secrets. Plus: The Saboteur strikes again, this time dropping a bombshell. So, how does the POV competition affect Hayden's nominations? Let's find out!

The post-nomination diary room sessions clearly reveal that Brendon is Hayden's No. 1 target, a fact of which Brendon is fully aware. Rachel, however, feels blindsided by her nomination, even though her relationship with Brendon made her an easy target. Annie wants to console her friends, but she also realizes she should keep some distance as to not appear to be too close to the current targets for eviction.
