In the ROYAL PAINS episode Big Whoop, Evan discovers Emily's re-directing Hank Med clients to her website and talks to dad about fighting back on the Web. At the same time, Hank and Emily are shacking up at the Boris estate and her place. Going to see a patient who military video game role plays on line, it turns out Hank and Divya (and Jill, too) are served with cease-and-desist from the hospital, though it turns out the server really is sick. And then there's an older patient, another doctor (John Amos from Good Times) with emphysema. Hank needs pulmonary specialists, with none to be found on the island. So guess who's worked in that area? Yes, Emily. But they argue over a treatment and Emily prescribes a drug Hanks against and the elderly doctor - you'd think he knows better, takes too much. He also has cough - they think is pneumonia - and he may have passed it on to one of his granddaughters. But it's the other way around as it's whooping cough (hence the episode title) and the whole family needs checking out. The lawsuit gets dropped against the clinic thanks to a sneaky bluff by Jill that backfires and it gets out Boris has been an anonymous donor for building the clinic. He slams her for it becoming public. Meanwhile Evan's trying to figure out what dad Eddies up to, Divya suggests Emily as her replacement when she marries and moves to the UK and Evan is in shock after fighting the whole cyberscam thing.
