What happens when an honest guy like Chuck becomes a spy? Apparently he becomes a stone-cold liar and deceptive schnook. Or maybe that's just Chuck Bartowski. The more he becomes a spy, the more Chuck is morphing into someone he doesn't like very much. And if you think Chuck is upset about his changing, his nearest and dearest are even more conflicted. More on that and Hannah, the new Nerd Herder, after the jump.
Picking up where they left off last week, Chuck has gotten Hannah into BuyMoria and she's the cutest geek you've ever seen. She wears the tie and skirt really well. Presumably she knows a lot about IT, but we didn't get a chance to see her do anything other than drive Morgan to distraction. Morgan was Vicky Vailed the moment he saw her, all slow motion, hair swaying as she strode. He should have said she Lana Langed him considering the 'Smallville' connection.
Meanwhile, Chuck's become pretty cocky about the spy game. Based on the Paris mish -- Chuck speak for mission -- he was ready to work an asset. That's where the problem ensued because the subject, Manoosh, was another Chuck. Two geeky guys who dropped out of prestigious universities sucked into big-boy spy games. Manoosh thought he knew what he was doing, but he really was a Tranquenstein, a monster. Having figured out how to harness the Intersect technology, he was actually trying to screw over the Ring. Maybe that made him more suicidal than evil.
