CSI fans would know that Robert David Hall is more than the show's resident coroner, with plans to publish photos of the dead in a book, and a knack for the blues. You've seen it in some episodes: he's also quite a good singer.
He recently released his first country music album, Things They Don't Teach You In School, and some of the reviews I've seen suggest it's pretty good. Now, Hall is planning to pursue his music career further, with an appearance at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville this Saturday.
"I've been listening to the Opry since I was a little kid," the 62-year-old actor told The Tennessean. "I wanted to play guitar ever since I heard Roy Rogers and Gene Autry in the movies. I wanted to be a musician since I was 7 years old."
