'Dancing with the Stars' Semifinals: The Best and the Worst

There's practically a gulf between Mya and the three other remaining celebs on Dancing with the Stars. Last week, seven points separated first and second placers, Joanna Krupa and Derek Hough, while two points separated the couple with the three other celebs. That's how tight things are - in the race for the runner-up position.

This week is no different on Dancing with the Stars, except Derek and Joanna have pretty much cemented their runner-up position (but nonetheless still fell woefully short of the frontrunners).

Here's how the leader board looks:

Mya and Dmitry: 28+30+29=87

Joanna and Derek: 27+27+27=81

Kelly and Louis: 24+27+27=78

Donny and Kym: 21+26+27=74

The best - Joanna and Derek's Viennese Waltz

That being said, everyone expects Mya and Dmitry to do well, so expectations are understandably high. And when they do, it's not really surprising. That can be said on their three dances tonight.

On the other hand, Joanna Krupa had been criticized for being undeserving to get to this stage, because she has problems with her posture and footwork. This Viennese Waltz should shut some critics up. The choreography is amazing in this dance, and one move just flows to the next. They also used an awesome song.

The worst - Donny and Kym's Tango

Doubtless, however, this tango from Donny Osmond and Kym Johnson is the worst in the lot, especially in this stage of the competition. The score is also not exactly to die for (21). Donny looked stiff, and they have not a few trouble with the footwork. Very rough all over.
