saw it on Discovery Channel the other day. Thought it was brilliant!

I saw all the episodes that were shown back to back whilst at my mother's house (she's got digital television, whereas we've only got analogue).

Never knew Mr. Murray would be so interesting, an not shouting his mouth off like in other programmes.

After reading about him, he really knows his stuff, and it comes across in bucketfuls when you watch this programme.

He really knows what he's on about, because he is a history student, and when he was interviewing the guests, he showed a respectfulness, not interrupting unless necessary.

Not seen this level of intelligence and enthusiasm for history/war/etc since Adam Hart-Davis, the two Snows, Julian Fellows and a couple of others.

If I get the chance, I'll purchase the DVD so I watch at my leisure.
