Criminal Minds: Season 5, Episode 23: Darkest Hour

I was NOT expecting that cop to die in the end... nor was I expected a "to be continued" screen to pop up. I must admit, I was disapointed that their wasn't more action in the beginning, but I am really excited for the continued episode, as I want to know what happens to Morgan.

The one thing I don't like, is I will have to wait for episode 24 to come out ...

Maybe it was just me but, I found that that episode left much to be desired. It was slow and uninteresting and really people a crack head doesn't think that far in advanced he wouldn't plan a big murder spree, he'd plan his next hit. As far as a cliff-hanger goes who cares what happens next the team is all ok. When compared to last season's finale and all the others before this was no where near up to par. Wost finale in CM history.Hopefully next year the writers will go back to the heart of the show; the psychological aspect and the characters.

I confess when I saw two relatively big names guest starring that this was going to be an episode that introduced a new CM series, but apparently not. Why kill off an interesting character with a really good back story so quickly?
And gosh, we've seen the guys get battered much worse than that and still come up fighting so all in all a pretty poor episode. It promised a lot but didn't deliver - with the exception of the almost unrecognisable Tim Curry who was absolutely creepy and disgusting. Brilliant!
