Criminal Minds Season 5 Episode 19 "Rite of Passage" Review

Tonight was an average night of Criminal Minds. The show was full of action and drama but lacked a lot of emotion that other episodes previously have had. The team was sent to the big state of Texas to find a serial killer going after illegal immigrants.

What I love most about this show and tonight in particular is how abnormally smart all the team members are. It's amazing to watch the characters use their behavioural knowledge and find the killer. It's different the the CSI series that use more evidence to solve murders, these guys use the profile clues of the wanted individual(s) and find their next move.

This season has been my favorite thus far and I am looking forward to seeing more episodes. I hope however that the show focuses more on real life threatening story lines that might hit viewers on a more personal level. Those are the episodes that leave me satisfied.
