OUTSOURCED “Homesick to My Stomach” Review

Outsourced Season 1 Episode 10 - Homesick to My Stomach

I continue to absolutely love OUTSOURCED. It takes a lot for a half hour comedy to impress me (I’m more of a drama kind of girl) but I find myself laughing HARD at Outsourced.

This week was no exception. "Homesick to My Stomach" was hilarious. The writers of Outsourced are phenomenal; they can make a series set on the other side of the world with different customs and phrases work perfectly – because they bring in references that we’re familiar with.

… and the show is just flat out funny, I’m not sure why I feel the need to analyze the reasons why.

This week on Outsourced, Todd is feeling the pain of being away from home and his friends, especially during the Holidays (and football season). His friends attempt to cheer him up, but things don’t work out quite the way they planned when Todd partakes in some Indian food that he can’t handle.

The scene when Todd opens his box of bbq ribs to find roaches STILL has my skin crawling (do they really fly? Like… really? If anyone can seriously answer that question for me, that’d be awesome)!
