HOUSE “Larger than Life” Review

HOUSE "Larger than Life" Season 7 Episode 9 - Relationships take center stage when Cuddy’s mom visits and Taub’s wife suddenly wants sex in the "Larger than Life" episode of HOUSE. Meanwhile, the patient of the week is an unlikely hero who saves the life of an epileptic woman who falls on subway tracks but collapses shortly after.

"House’s world view doesn’t include random acts of self-sacrifice." Matthew Lillard guest stars as Jack Nash, a bass player who collapses shortly after becoming the Subway Hero. He consistently disappoints his wife and daughter, and House thinks the key to his diagnosis lies with the unexpected heroism. As a bonus, we Joan of Arcadia fans get a ‘Joanith’ reunion since Sprague Grayden (Judith on JoA) guest stars as Jack’s long-suffering wife, who says "There’s nothing worse than loving someone who won’t stop disappointing you." While that primarily points to Taub, is it also foreshadowing for House and Cuddy? Read More...
