'Traffic Light' Preview: A Green Light for Comedy

In many sitcoms, the humor comes from laughing at the characters. They're so stupid, so crazy or so offensive that we need to mock them. Every once in a while, however, a comedy arrives on television that allows us to laugh with the characters. Traffic Light is one such comedy, and it's great.

Traffic Light has a simple set-up. The show tells the story of three, thirty-something male friends. Mike (David Denman) is a lawyer, married to Lisa (Liza Lapira) and the father of a baby boy. Adam (Nelson Franklin) is a writer who has just moved in with his girlfriend, Callie (Aya Cash). Ethan (Kris Marshall) is the single guy, more interested in a string of hot girlfriends than in any one person.
