Battle: Los Angeles Review

Battle: Los Angeles is the latest alien invasion film to hit theaters, this one starring Aaron Eckhart in a story about a-holes from another world who decide its time to colonize earth, take our resources and do away with the indigenous population. They probably want to eat our women and rape our dogs, too. One of the last cities not yet entirely conquered is Los Angeles, which means game over for humanity if our troops can't keep the aliens at bay. The film follows a platoon from the Second Battalion, Fifth Marines -- led by veteran Staff Sgt. Nantz (Eckhart) and the younger, untried Second Lieutenant Martinez (Ramon Rodriguez) -- on a mission to rescue a small group of civilians (including Bridget Moynahan and Michael Pena) trapped behind enemy lines at a police station in Santa Monica.  Read More....
