Weeds becoming kind of bland?

I dont know if its just me but I think season 1, 2, and 3 had way more interesting episodes and they were really funny. Season 4 seems kinda blah....what do you people think? Or it could be that the episodes are building up to a better plot?

Yeah, I've been hearing that a lot from my friends. It's weird because nobody wants to speak too soon because it might be the case that the episodes are just building up. The previous seasons seemed to be more witty though, but I mean this season has it's moments too.

I don't even know if bland is the right way to describe it, though I agree this season is not nearly as good. For me, this season has been too...over the top.

What? bland??? wtf! did any body notice how OVER the TOP season 3 was??? example.... season opener... what kinda of drug dealer lets a hostage go into a POLICE STATION to get her son??? What Porn Director brings in his Caterer to perform in a scene??? NONE. Season 3 was too ridiculous. Season 4 takes it back to the basics. Its funny but not too outrageous. Nancy's relationship with Miguelito whats his name is great. Silus is pimping MILF and Shane has two girlfriends... cmon! i've been watching weeds since Season 1 Ep. 1 and this season has restored my faith in the show. I do believe we're being led to another CLIFF HANGER! sooo good~!

I thought season three was the funniest to date and almost all of my friends thought so as well. This is THE best show on television right now and I don't like how relatively boring it has been up to this point compared to other seasons. They're exactly right when they say the other seasons were funnier and as far as I know its a "Comedy about dealing in the suburbs."

however I'm still thinking a huge cliffhanger is coming....I'm looking forward to it.
