True Blood "I Don't Wanna Know" ~ Not much Sookie

This week we saw a lot less of Sookie, who seemed to sulk most of the episode. She's a great character but I really enjoyed seeing the focus shift to other people (and I use that term loosely) for a change. They've planted seeds of doubt about several guys. So...who are you hoping is NOT the killer?

Also, I have to say, the Magister stole every scene he was in. What do you think about Bill's sentence? How do you think Sookie will react? TheDopeBox TV Blog

This episode was just so explosive. Everyone’s lives hit the fan BIG time in “I don’t wanna know”. I felt like all the main characters were just spinning out of control. Also, this was the first episode where I was slightly put off by Sookie’s character. (This change in Sookie really bummed me out by the way) Don’t get me wrong, Sookie’s my girl, but she did come across as pretty rude and judgemental when dealing with Sam and his Shifter status. I get that her entire world has now been turned upside-down and that she can’t tell left from right anymore but did she really need to be so bitchy towards him? And then in the end she’s all like “Please don’t leave me” to Sam after being attacked by the Killer in the bar. She was just so hot and cold towards him. Then another huge bummer was when Eddy dies after being stacked by Amy. I knew it was coming from watching one of the previews but it just left me feeling so sad. He was such a relatable character. And what is going on with Terra??? I loved that she just totally went off into the deep end in this episode. The whole 1 min preview of the Maenad character was such a teaser. I can’t wait to see where this is going. The Vampire Tribunal scenes were by far the BEST parts of this episode. The Magister was just sooo Evil....I loved that he was trained during the “inquisition” as to how to torture. The actor who played him just stole all the scenes that he was in. I really hope that we get to see him again. I also loved that we got to see Bill express some vampire blood lust. Did anyone else notice how turned on he got when that other vampires teeth were pulled out? His fangs just dropped and he actually hissed, kinda like a cat, it was HOT. <<<<<<SPOILER>>>>>>> READ ONLY IF YOU WANT TO KNOW A BIT ABOUT NEXT WEEKS EPISODE Alright, Anyone who`s seen the preview for this week’s episode 11 “To love is to bury” knows that Sam and Sookie are going to make out while Bill watches from her living room window. I AM SO UPSET BY THIS. Then Sam and Bill are going to fight and Bill will win the fight only to have Sookie throw him out by “rescinding” her offer to let him into her home. I don’t like this plot or character development at all. How can Sookie go from being inconsolable over the loss of her first love (and possible soul mate) and then go and kiss passionately another man? This is so out of character for her. I don’t like were this is going. I hope that Allen Ball doesn’t leave them separated for the rest of the season. It would majorly suck to have to wait until Season 2 to see if Sookie and Bill reunite.

Ok I didn't read the previous post for fear of spoilers, but I have a feeling that Terry is the killer. For anyone who doesn't know thats the kinda crazy veteran guy. It makes the most sense, and I really don't think its Lafayette.

Okay, just so everyone knows, this is filled with **SPOILERS***, so if you really want to know what's going to happen (or at least what should happen if they're going by the books) when it comes to Bill and Sookie. But if you don't wanna know...don't read any further. Also, I'm not sure whether or not they're going to stick with the books to the letter, so some of these things may be slightly different. As everyone knows now, Sam is a shifter, meaning he can shift into pretty much what ever he wants. He also alluded to there being such things as Were wolves, but there are also were tigers, were panthers...pretty much any kind of were you can think of, there is. But they haven't come out, so to speak. They are waiting to see how people react to vampires before they reveal themselves. The truth about Bill is that he was actually sent there by the Vampire Queen of Louisiana, her name is Sophie. She wants Sookie because of her abilities as a mind-reader, so she sends Bill to find/woo/protect Sookie. Also, because once Sookie finds out the truth about Bill, she dumps him, since she's not really a push-over when it comes to that sort of thing. She ends up sleeping with another vamp (I won't tell you who, but you can probably guess who it is if you think about it real hard), has a relationship with a were wolf, sleeps with a were tiger, becomes bonded to this other vamp she sleeps with.... anyways, it gets pretty convoluted/tricky when it comes to Sookie and relationships. Please keep in mind that everything I have said doesn't happen all in one book, it happens over the course of all of them. But seriously, and I've said this before in another comment I put up...if you really like the show, seriously think about reading the books. They're by Charlaine Harris and are called Southern Vampire novels. Also, all of the titles have Dead in them. I'm pretty sure the first one is called Dead Until Dark, but you can find out the order of them on Charlaine Harris' website. It's and the books are in order from the newest to oldest in the list.

The magister's performance was certainly powerhouse! I think Sookie will eventually find out about the sentance but I reckon Bill will keep it from her. He certainly is keeping something from her. That whole edict thing he was talking about with Eric??? What was that about??? Why do they feel Sookie MUST be protected??? I love Bill but I'm not entirely sure his intentions are honest! Poor Sook! I really hope the killer is not the war vetren Belfleur guy! I really like him! :D Also I hope its not Layfayette. The show would lose some of its humour if he was a crazy serial killer! lol!
