'Girls Night Out': Carrie Underwood's 'How Great Thou Art' brings the house down


CBS broadcast "Girls Night Out: Superstar Women of Country" Friday night (April 22) and the rafters were a'-rockin' at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas with the strains of many wonderful country tunes.But the showstopper was from our girl Carrie Underwood and Vince Gil on "How Great Thou Art." It was emotional, uplifting and just gorgeous. Even if you are not particularly religious, it is an incredibly powerful piece of music and if you are religious, well, goodness ... it was a moving Good Friday performance (despite the show being recorded on April 4).Other highlights included Rascal Flatts jamming with Reba McEntire on "The Heart Won't Lie,"  Little Big Town and Martina McBride on "When Will I Be Loved," rock legend John Fogarty and Wynonna on "Proud Mary," Miranda Lambert and two newcomers Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley on "Hell on Heels" and of course the big finale where all the women honored country legend...
