Titles of Episodes-Connection? Meaning?

Has anyone else noticed the fact that all the titles for The Mentalist episodes have the word red in them or something similar like scarlett or crimson?? Does anyone know the purpose of this?

Thanks

I was wondering about that myself

I was thinking it was because of Red John but I can't say for sure yet.

Yes, I'm with the Red John team. As Jane still hasn't caught RJ, the show will eventually work its way to a face to face between them. And then, I suspect Jane will 'See Red' or "Blood Red' or 'Red Faced'. Either way, he'll need to keep his cool to defeat the serial killer......

I thought it was Red John and Redbank was the other guy in Mexico....or maybe I'm getting my reds confused! Either way could be a good finale....or second season :)

Red John was the guy who killed his wife- of that i'm positive. But i don't know who Redbank is.

im sure everyone has noticed the 'red' connection the meaning of it, i truely dont know, i dont think that red john i meant to be the big conflict for the show in general i think it might just be for this season, like in csi: ny they have 1-2 big cases that take up either half the season or the full season and are usually resolved at the end, i think they might do the same.maybe next season it'll be a different color.

it just dawned on me about the red connection of the names of the episodes and i was going to start a discussion on it before i read this one. i too was thinking it is because of the red john character and that the cases are so bloody, but thankfully the show is not that dark and greusome.
