Lee DeWyze responds to 'American Idol' finale diss: 'I was not asked to be involved'

It's on.Earlier today, the "American Idol" executive producer made headlines after he tweeted that Season 9 winner Lee DeWyze refused to present the winner's trophy to Season 10 champ Scotty McCreery at the grand finale on Wednesday, May 26.Now, DeWyze has taken to his personal Twitter to respond to Lythgoe's allegations that he snubbed "Idol" and McCreery.DeWyze explained that he originally was not asked to be involved in the finale at all and was asked at the last minute to get on stage and present McCreery with the trophy, something he did not feel comfortable doing."I was not asked to be involved in the Finale.
