Aretha Franklin Performs New Song on 'Today' (VIDEO)

This spring, Aretha Franklin released her 38th studio album, 'A Woman Falling Out of Love.' Monday on 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM on NBC), the Queen of Soul performed the first single from the album, 'How Long I've Been Waiting,' and chatted with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb afterwards.
'How Long I've Been Waiting' is a romantic ballad with an 80s Top 40 feel, lush with synths and a plinking piano. Franklin sang, "You're touching, yes, and I'm blushing" while Gifford and Kotb swayed back and forth at the side of the stage, as if they were at a high school dance.
