'Beavis and Butt-head': Mike Judge on why the time is right, plus the return of 'Daria'?


As we noted in our post about the first look at "Beavis and Butt-head's" return to MTV, the two title characters haven't changed much since their early-'90s debut. But that's how creator Mike Judge wants it."I didn't want to do a big, conscious forcing all this modern stuff on them," Judge said Friday (July 29) at the Television Critics Association summer press tour. The revived show, which returns in the fall, will make note of how much the Internet and other technology has exploded in the past 15 years, but you probably won't see Beavis tweeting from the couch.
