'The Secret Circle's' Phoebe Jane Tonkin: Just how bad is Faye?

Phoebe Jane Tonkin is "The Secret Circle's" answer to Ian Somerhalder, and we're already girl-crushing. Her character, Faye, is our resident Regina George in the Chance Harbor coven.
