‘The Iron Lady’: Review Revue


After stoking controversyamong British Conservative Members of Parliament, "The Iron Lady" has made its way to this side of the Atlantic. Meryl Streep anchors the film, which highlights Margaret Thatcher’s rise to power from her point of view.  Studiously avoiding politics, the film instead focuses on Thatcher’s role as the only woman in the room (if there’s a cinematic embodiment of the Great (Wo)man Theory of History this is it).
