Supernatural Season 6 as a Midseason??

Looks like Supernatural Season 6 will be aired as a Midseason show...Which will be really bad as this tv series is getting some really good ratings. Please read the complete story here Supernatural Season 6 as a Midseason Show . Though CW is yet to confirm this...But as a Supernatural fan we do should share our views on this issue. My personal opinion is CW should never do such a thing!!

@yoga123 i wasn't saying they shouldn't continue it, by all means i was saying i am as addicted as everyone else and i do not think there is any reason to complain about anything if they are going to continue it when i was certain it was supposed to stop at season 5 kinda makes me jump for joy actually as long as they keep the storyline as good as it has been

I would be putting too much stock in this the website seems phony to me when you click schedule in the article it takes you to some other website (that isn't the paper they reference) and try to sell you crap.

I don't know how I feel going into a season 6 of supernatural. I love the show and the overall idea of a season 6 because it means more supernatural. However, without Eric Kripke running the show I am not sure exactly how everything will pan out. With that said I really hope that Supernatural is not thrown in as a mid season... I think it is going to ruin the momentum and with the already unknown future I hope they give the next season a real shot. Overall, I'm gonna hold onto the idea that it's going to be back on the normal night until the CW posts and tells me otherwise. Call it denial if you want, but I'm holding out on this one.

@Bobbearskitty If a show is doing well its better to continue it... and the writers think that they still have things to offer for us... so lets hope for the best!!

There was literally half a sentence in the Variety article about Supernatural which was just written as speculation by the author of the article. It may as well have been said by my Grandma at the bus stop. The whole article is about how every show on television is going to be on a new night, so it holds very little weight at all. Read it here:

i thought the producers said they weren't making more than 5 seasons from the moment they started filming the first episode... if so why complain if they are going to give us more of our addiction?

Why would they renew it if they were just going to treat it like a 2nd rate show. Doesn't make sense to me. This could backfire in their faces and they will have no one to blame but themselves if the ratings suffer. Hopefully they will come to their senses and leave it on Thursday nights during the ratings season.
