Fairly Legal “Bait and Switch” Review

In tonight’s episode of Fairly Legal, called "Bait and Switch", Kate is on the case of a fisherman who lost his hand in an accident on a boat and is now being sued by his own father for negligence, as well as being accused of being a drug addict. Not exactly a happy family.

Ben predictably butts in, trying to get the lawyer for the fisherman fired so he can get the case and sue back. He thinks the whole thing is about money, but Kate is convinced that there’s more to it than that and believes there’s a grudge. Neither of them are right but neither are exactly wrong either, when it turns out that it all started with the death of Owen’s brother; a guy who was the one given drugs by a stupid (if not intentionally murderous) deckhand.
