Glee “Dance with Somebody” Review

Everyone handles grief differently. For instance, the writers of Glee decided to mourn Whitney Houston by writing her a tribute episode, this week’s "Dance with Somebody," so that they could re-record some of her greatest hits (and at least one miss). And guess what? It was a fairly decent effort.

Because four member of his fourteen-member club can’t get over losing their idol, Will decides that instead of preparing for the rapidly approaching Nationals, their assignment for the week will be Whitney Houston songs. He also ends up having a minor meltdown about the date of his and Emma’s wedding. She wants to put off having to have sex for as long as possible, but he wants to get married before the Glee kids graduate and scatter because he’s afraid they won’t come back to sing at his wedding. For once, I actually kind of understand where he’s coming from; it’s a legitimate worry. What he should really be worried about, though, is Emma’s non-progress in dealing with her issues.
