'Parenthood' Season 4: Jason Ritter promises a return if the show gets picked up


We still haven't heard from NBC as to whether or not "Parenthood" has been picked up for Season 4, but we've got our fingers and toes crossed and we're ready to start Twitter petitions should the need arise.Though that's still in flux, we've got some good news for "Parenthood" fans -- Jason Ritter promises to return to the show as Mark Cyr, even though he's leading Jason Katims' new medical drama pilot, "County.""People are going, 'Oh God, it's going to break them up!' I think the characters are so far in that relationship that you can't just end it abruptly, especially when I've just asked her to marry me," Ritter tells Vulture. "It's not as if 'County' is a one-guy show -- it's about all six of us -- so I'll have time to run back and forth. So we'll see what happens. Whatever they choose, it's going to make me weepy when I watch...
