Louie: "Miami" Review

Putting Louie in Miami was an instantly gratifying fish out of water story. The gorgeous people surrounding him everywhere he went was very funny – underlined by having a random, buff, shirtless dude in his hotel lobby. Louie retreating from the beach of the beautiful to eating a big sandwich in his hotel room was appropriately pathetic.

The idea of Louie then meeting and bonding with a local, Ramon, was a really sweet, endearing story. Their easy camaraderie really sold and Louis C.K. once again tied his "character" to himself, as we find that TV Louie is half-Mexican, like real life Louis. Read More...
