Polar Bear Cafe Episode #23 Anime Review

After an episode that focused heavily on Penguin and all the penguins in his life, the series thankfully shifts away from him for a bit while still keeping him included. As much s I like Penguin, there was just too much of a focus on him and his issues in the previous episode to the point where it dominated and felt like too much overall. With this episode, it shifts more to dealing with the cast as a whole, at least the main characters, while giving some attention to the human cast as well. Which is good since when they’re used, outside of Rin Rin at least, it tends to be a lot of fun and makes for some good revelations and nuance about how this world works. Read More...
