The Lying Game Season 2 Review “Cheat, Play, Love”

Jordan has officially landed in The Lying Game, ‘Cheat, Play Love’, as every character must deal with the avalanche of drama that comes with his arrival. In addition to the continuously revolving love square that is Emma, Sutton, Thayer and Ethan, we now have a brand new triangle in Jordan, Mads and Laurel, and two of those people have to deal with the fact that they’re actually related (via marriage, of course). Come to think of it, is there anyone on this show who isn’t part of the same family one way or another?

All of this said, Jordan seems to be proving himself as a worthy addition to a show already jam packed with mysterious characters, and I’m interesting in seeing where his flirtation with Mads goes from here. As one of the few people tied to the twins who doesn’t know the secret, however, Sutton and Emma slip up spectacularly this week, and their carelessness ultimately leads to Jordan spotting ‘Sutton’ is two places at once. When one twin hates Ethan and the other is desperate to win him back, it could probably get confusing to a casual spectator; I’m truly surprised it hasn’t happened before.
