VIKINGS: "DISPOSSESSED" REVIEW

Despite ending with an awkward standoff-turned-awkward slaughter on the beaches of Northumbira, "Dispossessed" was a quiet episode that focused heavily on Athelstan's newfound experience as a viking farmer's slave. And a lot of it worked really well, with Athelstan's entire world getting turned upside-down. Fortunately, Athelstan's master is Ragnar, a more "enlightened" viking than the rest who can see the value in men who have actual thoughts in their heads.
